It's Tube Time

Thursday morning, Kensley is scheduled to have surgery to have tubes placed. At the ENT this morning, she failed the "fluid test"...meaning she still had fluid on her ears after all those antibiotics and shots. Poor thing. The fluid was gross colored (such a technical term), but was not infected. This means it had been sitting on her ears for over 2 months due to the color.

She is just amazing though...such a smiley sweet baby. Jeremy and I joke around saying that she stinks at sleeping. Just stinks! But feeling as bad as she should, you would never guess she has had fluid on her ears for 2 months and double ear infections for 15 days! My little trooper.
We all are looking forward to Thursday and praying this helps with her sleep. And, hoping for a date night for Jeremy and I soon...hoping.

Maybe she will sleep better for you! I'm so glad she's getting the tubes! And don't worry...from the time they took Ethan from my arms to take him to surgery until they returned him to me...only 15 minutes had passed!!! It's a very quick, easy surgery!
