If everyone could pretend with me for a moment...it is April 2011...
Okay, so Jeremy and I took a long road trip with the Mongers earlier this year to Austin. The 4 of us plus luggage piled in a Altima for a week long trip....sounds horrible, huh? Wrong...of course, we had a blast. Texas has always been my second favorite state. Jeremy and I have been a few times, but never to Austin. The people in Texas are just, hands down, great people.
And the boots...oh, the boots. Look at these little girl cuties. I had to refrain from buying a pair for Addyson...and by refrain, I mean they didn't have her size.
The famous Bat Bridge...aka Congress Avenue Bridge.
Check out that dark line in the sky...now you know why they call it the Bat Bridge. There are 1.5 million bats that live under that bridge when they are not living in Mexico. 1.5 million bats really stink when they all start flapping those wings, but it was so amazing to watch.
Lindsey's birthday dinner at a yummy Italian restaurant.
After several days in Austin, we headed southeast to New Orleans where we soaked up the sights and enjoyed some delicious food...and luckily we walked and walked and walked on this trip to counter act all of that delicious food.
D & L, let us know when you want to tackle round 2.
