We went and saw Kung Fu Panda on Saturday night. I have to say that I was a bit disappointed. I loved Horton Hears a Who, and this one just didn't do it for me. Jeremy liked it better than Finding Nemo (which is one of my favs). There were too many "fight" scenes in it for my taste....especially for a cartoon aimed at kiddos. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't ever remotely graphic or anything like that. But, there were a lot of fight scenes. I know, I know....what did I expect in a movie called Kung Fu Panda?!?

I'm surprised you saw it. I was not a fan of "Horton"....and if this one is worse than that movie....it won't even make my "rent it" list.
Did Addy Belle like it? I was thinking about taking Alyssa but won't waste the money if she won't like it.
She sat through it and watched most of it, but hasn't mentioned one word about it since we left the theater.
She is still talking about the "Who's" and asking to see them. And, I think she thought we were going to watch them again that night at the movies because she talked about them during the previews!
I just didn't like how there was so much fighting and most of it was meant to be funny...I didn't like the idea of showing her that fighting was funny in any way. Seems like that would be confusing to a toddler.
Did she keep saying "A who, a who"???

Hey I hate that you didn't like the movie. We are taking Brayden on Friday. It will be his first movie so I hope it goes well. I bet he will proably like it more. I kind of feel like it is geared more towards Boys with all the fighting and JAck Black.Anyways wish us luck.
